Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the OriginalProduct Application.

The Administrator processes Users’ personal data and uses them to the extent and for the purpose necessary to provide the services offered via the Application, including for the purpose of handling complaints.

Users’ personal data may be used by the Administrator to contact the User by e-mail, with his consent.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Administrator is the marketing of its own services, as well as providing answers to User questions and considering matters reported by them.

Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data required to conclude a contract, as specified in the Regulations, results in the impossibility of concluding the contract.

The Administrator does not process personal data in an automated manner that could result in automated decision-making, including decisions based on profiling.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer the User’s personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with the User or to fulfil the Administrator’s obligations.

This applies to the following groups of recipients:
a) hosting company on a subcontracting basis,
b) law firms,
c) payment processors,
d) public authorities.

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform contracts concluded by the Administrator with the User, and after their termination for the time necessary to demonstrate the proper performance of the Administrator’s obligations towards the User. This period corresponds to the limitation period for claims. With regard to marketing data, the data will be processed until the consent to data processing for this purpose is withdrawn.

The User has the right to request from the Administrator:
➢ access to the their personal data,
➢ rectification,
➢ deletion,
➢ restriction of processing,
➢ and data portability.

The User has the right to object to the processing of data, and if processing is based on consent: the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

A complaint against the Administrator’s actions may be filed with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, PL00-193 Warsaw.
